PIHOCO
A menu engineering consultancy with the polish of a fine-dining room.

Restaurant owners judge a consultant the way they judge a kitchen: by how precise it is.
PIHOCO helps restaurants, cafés and hospitality groups earn more from the menu they already have. The founder came up through hotel kitchens and back-end operations, so the brand needed to speak to chefs and owners in the same breath.
We built the site around one idea: a menu is a commercial system, not a list of dishes. Every section moves an owner from 'interesting' to 'book a review', with a clear fixed-fee offer, real numbers and nothing that reads like a consultant's slide deck.
Where the margin hides
Five profit levers explained with kitchen photography, so owners recognise their own service in every point.

Proof in plain language
Short, specific statements in place of jargon: what changes on the menu and what it does to the bill.

A profit calculator
Owners move three sliders (covers, spend, food cost) and see what a two-point saving is worth per month and per year.

Services you can choose
Four clear engagements, from a Menu Health Check to an ongoing partnership, each with timing and who it is for.

A method, not a mystery
Understand, find patterns, decide, act: the process laid out step by step so the fee feels earned.

Booking built in
A short menu-review request form that asks only what a consultant needs to reply with a plan.

Made for the phone in their hand.
Most owners first open the link between services. Every section, the calculator included, is rebuilt for one-handed use on a phone.

Design system
A palette taken from the restaurant at night: dark wood, menu stock and candlelight, with a serif that reads like a printed menu.

Every feature exists to move a visitor one step closer to getting in touch.
Profit calculator
Live sliders turn a food-cost saving into monthly and yearly profit, so the value is obvious before the first call.
Fixed-fee offer up front
Ten days, three POS files, one agreed fee: the offer is stated in the first scroll to remove the biggest objection.
Smooth, cinematic motion
Scroll-led reveals and soft parallax give the site the pace of a good service, without slowing the page.
Enquiry form that qualifies
The review request collects outlet type, menu size and goals, so every lead arrives ready for a proposal.
